Eaglebrook Apartments

I moved into Eaglebrook Apts. a couple of months ago. I knew from touring the residence that they offered so many amenities for a terrific price. However, once moved in, it was clear that there was so very much more to this property. From a peaceful night sleep to the laughter of children playing in the courtyard was a major plus. The residents are so very nice and super friendly. I absolutely love walking my dog through the beautifully landscaped courtyard (and so does she) that also includes... not 1 but 2 enclosed dog parks. This is an ideal location for MB residents. I can easily walk to the park across the street to attend the Farmer's Market, concerts, or just to walk at my leisure. 2 minutes from HEB and multiple stores and restaurants. The office and maintenance crew are respectful, helpful, and prompt. The new gym is a plus too, but quite small so only one person can work out at a time to avoid awkwardness. Pros:
The staff are always happy to help and attentive. If something's not working, they're normally very prompt to try and fix it. The grounds are kept well and the maintenance staff are some of the nicest guys ever. We've had a lot of improvements while we're here to upgrade appliances and air conditioning. I can't say enough nice things about the people, really. The city park across the street is also amazing.

Cons:
These apartments are CHEAP. Not the rent, but the building construction.... Avoid having upstairs neighbors at all cost. Don't even consider the ground floor and second floor apartments. If you have neighbors underneath you, assume they hear everything you do, even a normal speaking conversation. If you drop a 2lb object, it will sound like a bowling ball. If you need to live somewhere quiet because you work nights or work from home, this is not going to be a good fit. Read More

We are very happy here. Property is well kept and maintenance is quick to make repairs. Also enjoy being across from the city park. Easy access to everything.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location or community to have lived in. The convenience of the schools being across the street, the park just a walk away and the beautiful pool made my outdoor loving soul so happy! The maintenance staff always made sure I was attended to, and I loved how peaceful the community was.
