New to Brady station

Moving into my apartment here was really easy the staff was very helpful answered any questions I had. It's been 30 years since I've had to rent and this was a great experience

Brady Station is a great location for my boyfriend and I. We are not that far from neither of our jobs, its in between our parents and its around local stores and restaurants. The only thing that I will complain about is that the office staff is horrible about answering their phones and never getting back to you on things. The maintenance staff is horrible I request services and nothing gets done Ive been living here almost a month and I havent got anything that I have requested the second day... of living here fixed. Other than not getting my amenities fixed, the office staff not getting back with us, its a good place to live.

When manager was prompted over multiple issues with apartment she responded rudely and asked me to submit a work order which I did, also took more than a week to fix and was not let know if it was fixed or why it took that long, the apartments are nice but people who are managing it are putting a really bad reputation, I will not recommend or re-new contract.
