Best Maintenance & Service Ever!

I had an issue with my heat in that the central heat and air device wasn't working properly in regards to the heat. I put in an online maintenance service request and within 10 mins a maintenance guy showed up and replaced the device within 20mins. It's not typical in my experience that service requests occur that quickly and professionally. I love it here at Faudree Ranch and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apt complex with fantastic office folks and staff.

Faudree Ranch Experience

The team made a great effort to make experience great specially Jessica and Sarah. Apartment is very comfortable with beautiful floors and amenities. Includes balcony and multiple green areas with pool and gym.

Awesome Possum

Great location. Beautiful exterior and interior living space. Cherry on top would be the amazing staff, specifically my leasing agent Jessica. Super excited about my residency here.

Maintenance repairs

Put in a requested for normal wear and tear , the next day our maintenance team shows up to complete request ! Very fast response! I have enjoyed my time here & appreciate all the hard work from the maintenance team ! Great management.

Great place to live!!

I've loved living here ever since the day I moved in! The office staff is fantastic and my work orders get completed in a timely manner! 10/10 recommend.
