The Dalton Apartments

Customer Service is Top Notch, They get back to you so quickly, they are so friendly, and pet friendly, they care about you, maintenance is very fast as well. The apartments are clean and fairly new. The outside and pool is very clean and neat. I recommend this complex very highly.

The Dalton is hands down the best property in the area. The amenities and staff are amazing. Ronya, the property manager, is the kindest manager who genuinely cares about her residents and staff! I'm glad I chose The Dalton to call home!

The management here unfortunately holds their residents to a completely different standard than they hold themselves. They allow their own management to be complacent and incompetent while inconveniencing residents and their guests. It’s a real shame that management has chosen to ruin their chances of having quality tenants. The amenities are great but not worth putting up with any of the staff.
