The maintenance team is great, but the complex has trash, dog poop, and cigarette butts all over the place. The dog park is not maintained and one of the gates to it doesn’t close properly. I’ve also had a package stolen from my front door, and several issues getting packages in general with them saying they were delivered to the package locker, and somehow being put into the managers office…
The apartment itself is a good value, lots of space and whenever there is a maintenance issue they show... up promptly and fix it.

Bad financial practices

This company will tell you they waive fees and you aren’t charged for something then charge you for it. They rip off renters as much as possible.

Worst apartment experience

They will rip you off! The place also looked nice on the tour but soon after moving in you notice the cockroaches and dog poop everywhere.
