Unfortunately horrible service

There are many issues with the maintenance of this apartment and no matter how many requests are made the issues are never addressed. For over 2 months broken sprinklers are causing major foundation issues and water cacoroch on the exterior of apartments. A/C repair with electrical tape. Mold in the garage and outside trash service only when they want to pick up after your charge monthly and utilities high because unprofessional repairs not done correctly. You can never get any help the leasing... office ignore any and all issues. BEWARE...

Do Not Rent!!

Poor outdoor maintenance - dog poop everywhere. Amenities advertised are not available. New HEB construction is unbearable and the complex is now not livable. Property management is terrible.

Slum

Please Save Yourself!
There was mold (documented) in the air conditioning units, water stains on the ceiling and filth everywhere. The air conditioner never worked properly resulting in costing us $600 one month for electric. I was sick because of the mold as well as my ??! The management was just horrendous. They often put you on ignore. Please take your time when looking for a clean and safe living situation. This apartment is not even suitable for your pets!

Please Save Yourself!

I have images from an independent inspector referencing mold throughout the apartment. Dysfunctional management, filth, wasp infested and $600/ electric a month even with a new a/c unit.

Beware. Do not move here!!

BEWARE_ I just moved out and wanted to move out a month into my lease. They have major plumbing issues. My commode overflowed weekly. There were stains on my ceiling from the overflowing sewage and they just painted over them without fixing the leak. In the summer my house was over 80 degrees from 10 am until 10 pm. In the summer I paid $500 plus in AC bills and it didn't even work I put in so many repair request that were ignored. This property is possibly run by slum lords and they take the... money and do not invest it in the property. It is beautiful on the outside but the problems on the inside are vast. Do not move here!!!
Plus I was told the manager has many friends who live here which may explain the positive reviews, not sure but I have dogs and when I spoke with the other tenants they experienced same issues as me. The 5 stars seem shady to me. In the summer time the shutters bend over in the heat...they are rubber not wood. This place is so gross do not be fooled by the 5 stars and the outside property.
