Apartment complex worth seeing!

We just moved in less than a week ago. Me and my son really like the complex, but what really stands out so far is the staff. Arianna has been absolutely amazing! She has provided excellent customer service helping us adjust to our new place. Ernesto, the maintenance tech, has also been great. He is so knowledgeable, friendly, easy going, and takes care of the maintenance requests in an expedient manner.

Great resident service

The maintenance team is prompt, friendly, and addresses issues with great care and superior service, probably the best maintenance experience we've ever had. Arianna, the new assistant manager, helped us with our move-in and demonstrated patience and excellent resident service throughout the process.

blah

Gaslighting by the managers only care or call when you leave a review. Move in- so dirty, floorboards loose and lack of caulking but painted over. Bugs! Just don’t move here

The residents are nice and the pool is nice
Bedrooms are small and way overpriced

Management is horrible
