Villas at River Park West Apartments

The apartments have gone down since new owners. The apartments are like living in low income except with the high rent and fees.
The landscaping is absolutely horrible with the ground cracking, all the bushes are dead and the sprinkler system never works for months except for around the country club so that always looks nice when potential new renters come in.
There is dog waste sitting in bags at front doors and other apartments they just let their dog do their business on the first floor... balcony.
After speaking with management absolutely nothing has changed.

Do you notice all the reviews are dated the same day. One person wrote all these reviews that’s why they got a 4.8. They deserve maybe a 2.

We moved in a few months ago and, we have loved all our neighbors since moving in. Quiet area, and we enjoy the offerings the complex has.

The staff here is very helpful, the atmosphere is great . The neighbors are quite and respectful.

Well kept community, I appreciate they do pest control every week
