Lovely Place to Call Home!

Sixteen50 is a beautiful community to live at. The office and maintenance teams are amazing. Having an attached garage is a perk no one else offers in the Rockwall area.

Great customer relations

I’ve lived here about three years now and I’ve got to say it is one of the best places to live. It’s quiet and safe and the response times from not only office staff, but especially maintenance requests. I put in a few and I’ve never had to wait more than usually it’s the same day sometimes it’s the day after, they do incredible work. Denise and Kayla in the office are very personal and easy to deal with. I can’t imagine living anywhere else.

My reputation rests... (Verified Renter)

My reputation rests on the recommendations and referrals I make to the local community. While I love living here because of the amenities and location, I'm not sure I would recommend it to my personal clients. I would, however, recommend it to the community at large because of those amenities and location.
