They say it’s new management but it’s the same problems with new people. They don’t respect the move in special at all. I’ve had issues with pest and plumbing since the day we’ve moved in and I’ve called the office about it and they will NEVER do anything about it. They constantly pull the card of saying “oh whenever said that” or “we don’t do that” even if you have specifically made it clear what you needed or what your plans were. Also valet trash is a joke. Your lucky if they even come on the... days they say are scheduled and they will throw your trash can so it’s throw across the hall when they do get it. ROACHES AND ANTS EVERYWHERE! Not renovated as advertised instead they put newer-ish doors on old nasty cabinets, no maintenance, gate is never closed, dog poop everywhere, 6 months still don't have a fullt working stove. And people's cars keep getting broken into.

Finally free of this place, after problems upon problems!! Mold issues NEVER addressed, and the management even went on to kick a resident out for calling them out on the mold issue.. it killed her cats but they told her she “over stayed her welcome.” do not sign as tina will NOT be there for you.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. My wife and I have been living here for almost 2 years and have been met by constant inconveniences since moving in from rude and dismissive office staff to extended periods of time to fix even the most minor issues. The office is rarely straightforward when seeking answers or time frames when things will be fixed. When things do get "fixed" it is usually in a way that either makes the situation worse or you have to call back for the exact same... problem in a couple weeks and they drag their feet to "fix" it all over again. Living here is a never-ending cycle of broken appliances and unusable amenities because nothing seems to be fixed properly or addressed at all. Save the money and frustration and lease elsewhere. Nothing gets fixed properly or in a timely manner. Staff is rude and dismissive. Maintenance drags their feet to fix even the most minor issues. Appliances are constantly breaking and amenities and utilities are rendered unusable. This place is very expensive compared to what you actually get as far as the actual apartment and staff quality goes. Save the frustration and money!
