TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT DONT LIVE HERE
Wish I could leave no stars at all. I’ve lived here for 4 years now and never had any problems until recently. The current office staff are the most unprofessional, lazy and inconsiderate staff I’ve ever dealt with since living here. I was without lights or electric in my living room and kitchen for 23 days. I had to reroute my tv and WiFi routing system into my bedroom just to enjoy a small section of my apartment. They told me 3+ times the issue was fixed to come home and nothing was done at... all??? I couldn’t use my main living spaces for almost a month up until I finally found a corporate email online and included them in an email. Only then was my work order taken seriously. I’ve worked in the apartment industry for 6+ years and have never experienced a more unprofessional manager. I would’ve never treated a resident the way I’ve been treated and neglected. The current manager does not email back for 24+ hours and doesn’t reply to emails until corporate is involved. Corporate never reached out either after emailing them several times so GVA doesn’t even care about their residents, clearly. If you have an emergency work order plan on waiting a month for it to actually be fixed or if you do, be sure to involve corporate because that’s the only way it will actually get done. This whole complex has went downhill ever since GVA took over a couple years ago. I can say after 4 years I will gladly be moving out of this place with a smile on my face!! This place is a joke, 10/10 don’t recommend!!! Oh and just wait for typical response to this review acting like they really care!!! Lol. I’ll be sure to leave this complaint on all platforms along with a report the BBB.
