overpriced

You can definitely get more value for your money at other complexes. This place charges for cheap renovations that look nice at first but don’t hold up. The countertops are coated to give a shiny, expensive appearance, but if you leave a cup of water on them, they turn pink. The vinyl flooring is poorly installed and tears easily, and there’s a gap between the floor and wall base, which could invite pests if you or your neighbor aren’t vigilant with cleaning. They even paint over tubs, but the... paint starts peeling, and the same goes for the kitchen cabinets—sloppy paint jobs everywhere. In the end, you’re paying for the price of what should be quality renovations, but it’s all second-rate work. There are plenty of other complexes offering genuinely reliable upgrades for the same or even lower rent.

Horrible. And beyond

Please please please. I warn you. Whatever you do. DO NOT MOVE HERE. These property management is not fit to run this place. I had called multiple times to get issues resolved in this apartment. And it was not done. They have left me without basic needs like hot water for a very long time. I have been treated with a lack of respect by this property. And when I called back to let them know about the hot water issue. They were extremely rude and tried to blame it on me. I have had a noise issue... for MONTHS, in this apartment. Coming from a certain location. From the apartment down stairs. The vibration is so INTENSE. I HAVE NOT BEING ABLE TO SLEEP. THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!!

The complex is okay, but management is very poor.

The actual apartment is okay, but the property management and the way they handle repairs is very, very poor.

We moved in at the recommendation of a friend during a very heavy rain season. There was a persistent leak coming from above the fireplace (which also seemed to be a problem for the apartment below us). It took a few months for them to come in to even look at it. We moved into the apartment in May, and every time it rained we would send a message about the leak, and while we...
occasionally got people to come and look at it, no one actually came to fix it until early December.

The apartment complex hired outside contractors to fix the leak- and while our roof is no longer leaking, the contractors left a huge hole in our roof and said they would come back to fix the hole in a couple days.

It is now the end of February . We have constantly messaged and called management to see if someone would come and fix the hole and every time was given some sort of variation of "We are working on it." We've tried being really patient with the office since we totally understand this is a really hard time for everyone but living with this huge hole in our roof for 3 months when we pay for property management is just unacceptable.

Debris is falling from the hole which is a health hazard and a lot of our air conditioning and heat is escaping from it as well. We are very unhappy with with the situation. We keep asking, at least once or twice a week, and keep getting the same answer. They wont even get back to us with updates when they say they will. You have to call to get any sort of update, if you can even call them updates.

I know this isn't entirely the fault of the front office, but for new tenants, just be ready to really hassle people to get any sort of repair done.

This is a too bad place to live!

I do not recommend anyone to come and live here. I have been living here for six years because is close to my job, but these apartments were sold to other people and the new administration is very terrible. These are too old apartments and have cockroach problems and even though you pay 10 dollars per month of pest control they never solve. The kitchen flooded because after making thousands of requests to change the fridge, they left it badly installed, only 24 hours later they solved it.... However, it was the people who came to draw the water with professional machines who realized that the tube that carries the water to the refrigerator was broken. This place is only interested in that you pay the rent on time for what they harass you with messages 15 days before it. This property does not have professional people on their staff that can solve the problems. They act rudely, and exempt from any obligation.
