New England Village's House of MADNESS
My time at New England Village Apartment Complex was a living nightmare that still haunts me. They demanded $2000 in unjust fees after I moved out, all because I didn't give written notice, despite fulfilling my entire lease and being the perfect tenant. The horrors I endured during my stay were beyond comprehension.
From the moment I moved in, it felt like the apartment was cursed. Persistent leaks dripped like a slow, torturous water torture, never properly fixed, creating an incessant,... maddening rhythm. The air conditioning barely functioned, turning my apartment into a sweltering oven, the oppressive heat suffocating me and driving my energy bills sky-high. No matter how much I begged management for help, my pleas fell on deaf ears.
Water supply disruptions were frequent, occurring almost every other week. One particularly harrowing week, the hot water was off entirely while my mother visited. We were trapped in a hellish routine of cold showers, the air thick with the stench of mold and decay. Cockroaches scurried through the shadows, their numbers growing each day, a creeping infestation that invaded every corner of my existence.
The laundry room was a forsaken place, a graveyard of broken washers and dryers that were never repaired. It was as if the complex thrived on our suffering, each malfunctioning machine a testament to our despair.
Despite my verbal notice to vacate due to my lease ending, the management coldly insisted on a written notice, ignoring my plight and the horrors I had endured. The unjust charges they imposed were the final twist of the knife.
Living there felt like being trapped in a haunted house, every creak and drip a reminder of the malevolent force that seemed to possess the building. I strongly advise against renting here if you value your sanity.
