Been here just over a month, things seem to be pretty good. I turn in a work order for two electrical outlets that don’t work. Nothing has been done yet, three weeks later.

Not great. Move-in was a mess with broken glass from a light fixture everywhere and bugs infestation (looks like fleas but was told biscuit beetles). Washer was missing the locking latch so had to wait to wash my clothes. Had a water leak from the secondary drain overflowing. Dishwasher smelled and didnt drain. Alot of issues compared to what i was shown from the "available" apartments and models
