Apartment is really nice, and while there were a couple things "Broken" when I moved in, Paseo Maintenance were very prompt and friendly when it came to fixing these problems.

LOOOOVE the PASEO!!! Great amenities and quiet beautiful living!! Love my views and the balcony offers an additional outdoor living space!
Staff are so kind and do an amazing job!! You literally could never have to leave the property as you have everything you need here!!!

It’s the perfect mix of small community while still feeling like you’re in a different town. We love the architecture and scenery, it sets us up for a great environment to be in. The convenience of having many businesses/stores/restaurants around us is amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive, we couldn’t be happier to live here.

Been here just over a month, things seem to be pretty good. I turn in a work order for two electrical outlets that don’t work. Nothing has been done yet, three weeks later.
