Beware! Springs at Alamo Ranch
Beware! It looks like a charming and quiet hill country complex with easy access to the highways, however it is misleading. First off, there are at least 2-5 accidents a week at the intersection that you have to pull out into to leave the complex, and at least one led to a death that I know of. It’s not the properties fault, just a poorly put complex with neighborhood roads in a highly trafficked area now. Also, the the complex was POORLY built, as you can hear every single sound your neighbor... makes, yes even sex in the mornings!!! Be careful with what you leave on your patio, as there has been a history of items being stolen. Lastly, the pool is constantly filled with non residents on the weekends/holidays, when residents finally have time to go down and utilize it.

We thank you for your feedback and concerns. Because of the heavy traffic, we are happy to announce that we offer a back gate exit and entrance to all residents to avoid the congested traffic in the mornings and evenings. It is located at the back... of the community by building 11. All of our homes offer double pained windows along with sound barriers in between the floors. Something to keep in mind is all of our homes to have laminate wood flooring throughout the home, so there may be an instance, as with any apartment community, that you hear some noise. If you are having any noise disturbances that are during our quiet hours, we do offer an onsite courtesy officer that would be happy to assist you in the evenings. Our beautiful sparkling pool offers a large cabana and grilling area which is reserved for our residents and up to 2 guests per resident unless authorized by the front office. We want to ensure that all of our residents can enjoy all of our wonderful amenities. If we can be of any assistance to you, we would be more than happy to help. Please contact the office at 210-688-9374.
Thank you,
