Read This in Its Entirety – Save Yourself Time, Money, and Headaches
First off, let me be clear: this is without a doubt the worst apartment complex in the Stone Oak area. Do yourself a favor and avoid it at all costs. All the "good" reviews you see? They're either from leasing agents, employees, or people who just signed a lease and haven't yet experienced the nightmare of actually living here. The best part of your experience here is when you first sign up—to throw away your money.
Let me... start with the maintenance: it’s absolutely horrendous. The AC units break down constantly during the hottest months, and when they do, they take days to fix. Just last week, the entire complex was without water for TWO DAYS. That’s not just an inconvenience; it's downright unacceptable.
And let's talk about the pests. Roaches, bugs, and even scorpions regularly invade your apartment, all because the building is run down and poorly maintained. If you're looking for a place to feel comfortable, you're definitely in the wrong spot.
There are so many better apartment complexes nearby—please, do your research and don't make the same mistake. I'm honestly shocked this place is still in business. With so many abandoned units and residents constantly leaving, it feels more like a ghost town than a community.
For your own peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. You'll be thanking yourself in the long run.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences as a resident. We recognize that clean and well-maintained living spaces are crucial to our residents' satisfaction. With that said, our management team regularly reevaluates our performance and... walks our grounds to identify any areas in need of improvement. Additionally, we encourage members of our community to reach out to our leasing office directly with their concerns so we may properly escalate cases in terms of priority. Please stop by our office or give us a call so we may help you feel more confident in our service going forward. We look forward to meeting with you.
