Untrustworhy Community
My roommates and I moved out of The Grand in September after providing our forwarding address with advance notice and leaving our apartment very clean. We received a "Resident Refund Notice" from The Grand stating that we were owed a refund within 30 days of receipt of the letter. It has now been 3 months since we moved out, and we have not received this money that is owed to us. We have reached out to The Grand about our refund check 6 separate times. They keep saying they will "reach back out... to the accounting department" about this. It is extremely disappointing that we followed our lease agreement fully, but The Grand is withholding this refund that they owe to us. Please keep this in mind if you are considering signing a lease agreement with this community.
