Once you sign the lease, they stop answering.
I lived in the Belvedere for 1 year. First four months were great because I had no problems. Then I realized we are just paychecks to them. They won’t reply to emails, phone calls, and or in person. The emergency line didn’t even work when we needed it.
I experienced constant headaches from being charged incorrectly, cockroaches, thieves stealing tires, middle of the night fire alarms because the “all-star” management team forgot to update alarm systems, and appliance failures.
AVOID AT ALL... COSTS!
