Love our new apartment, the outside of the building could be maintained a little better (old paint on railings, door was scratched and dirty upon move-in) but other than that it’s great.

Constant issues with communication. Having to leave messages with an answering service which never get responded to. The app to order maintenance never works it took weeks to get things fixed. Dog parks are constantly filled with poop. I think the property is pretty and the unit is okay but the communication of the management has ruined it for me. We will be leaving when our lease is up.

The location is convenient; not far from DNT or 121 and close to Legacy West, Shops at Legacy, and Grandscape. No major issues with crime or neighbors, at least in my building. It's relatively quiet for a bigger apartment complex, aside from the usual hallway and neighbor noise. People don't seem to pick up after their pets as much as they should, but I'm sure that's everywhere. I have access to garage parking, which is ideal. Wouldn't suggest parking on the street.
