Windsor Lakeyard District Apartments

I recently had to put in a service request for a leak to be repaired in my garage! Edgar called me the following morning, and told me that he had contacted a team of painters to come and fix the ceiling as the leak had already been fixed and we just needed to focus on the ceiling repair. He also explained why there was a leak in the first place, as the garage sits below another unit and I was curious about how it was possible for my garage to have a leak in the first place. He explained that the... neighbors above has dogs, and that sometimes hair can clog the drains in the water heater closet - and that was the issue that had lead to the leak. My unit is so gorgeous when my friends come over they shocked on how much space I have. Coming into the apartment you feel safe it looks clean & peaceful. Neighbors are friendly and great amenities I can see myself living here for awhile

I love this community and I am very satisfied with the model of my unit. Love the hardwood floors and granite countertops. The pool and immensities are a definite plus.
