Beyond horrible
First off, I am not one to go out of my way to leave a bad review. I understand that things happen that are out of others’ control, but seeing some effort to fix issues that are brought up would certainly put my mind at ease
1.) The landscaping is terrible. Downed trees and limbs that are left on the ground for weeks, grass clippings left on sidewalks and in corridors, etc.
2.) The trash piles up frequently within the receptacle enclosures, often over the edge of the dumpsters and is left... lying about for days until it’s collected.
3.) When a complex advertises security and locked gates, I expect them to work. In 10 months of living here, the gates have been fully operational MAYBE 1/4 of that. They are either left open, won’t open, or are partially shut.
4.) The biggest issue of all is that I have experienced three plumbing-related issues while living here. A busted seal under the kitchen sink, a leak that came through my ceiling in the bathroom, and most recently a kitchen faucet that blew off, flooded my kitchen and ruined some personal belongings. All of this on top of a mediocre-at-best paint job, missing trim and horribly outdated appointments.
4.) It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with anyone above on-site management. I have left voicemails and sent emails and I've never received the first response.
All in all, please steer clear. I must say that Shelby in the front office is more than helpful and very respectful, but this is out of her hands.

We have a new landscaping team who are working on clipping the limbs and... clearing the breezeways.
