Way too expensive for condition
The unit I lived in was in poor condition (mold, bugs, etc) and it unnecessarily drained my bank account. For the amount that I was paying you would hope that the maintenance would be better. The mandatory media package that I paid for monthly never actually worked and I could never get the cable company to come out after several calls. If you live here for less than two years there is no way you will get your security deposit back. They charge for complete painting and cleaning that they do... after anyone moves out. The general manager told me I left the unit in “great condition” and still I had to pay an extra 50 dollars outside my 300 dollar security deposit for “mandatory touchups”.
Highly do not recommend, especially if you are on a tight budget.
