I've lived at The Ranches for a year now. It is well kept & well managed. Stephanie (property manager) & Caleb (maintenance) are always super responsive. The neighborhood is relatively quiet with easy access to gyms, groceries, freeway, etc.

Everything is good here, the staff is fantastic and the property is comfy and safe. We have lived here a few years now and don't plan on going anywhere else for awhile because of the staff.
