i loved living here

its so nice and big it has a great pool i made half my friends there it has nice rooms nice houses its just so awesome its just a super awesome place!!!

Do not move here.

The quality of the apartment is very poor. There is never any parking. Those working in the office are to childish to own up to promises that they had made because they went against policy. The place is not a good place to raise children as there were parties in the apartment above us most nights until 2-3 am. This place is not worth the rent. Make a better choice and live someplace else.

We're deeply discouraged by this characterization of our community. While some noise is to be expected in a multifamily housing situation, we do have policies in place to prohibit excessive noise during certain hours. We hope all residents are being... respectful and courteous of one another by being cognizant of their noise levels and abiding by all other community policies. If you notice a resident failing to do so, please alert the office so that we may address this issue directly with the individual. We know parking can - at times - be frustrating, but we are unfortunately limited to the confines of the space and do our best to prioritize parking for our valued residents within it. We would love the opportunity to sit down with you, address your specific concerns in greater detail, and work towards improving your experience here overall. Terrible Management

They don't fix your problems permanently. They seem to have a habit of blaming you as the resident for the problems that are appearing in the apartment instead of checking to make sure the equipment is working. It has happened to us multiple times where they blame us for something and it isn't our fault.
It leads me to my second point being that management doesn't communicate their point clearly. An example we had is that they were redoing the parking lot under the covered parking and told us...
not to park there. Turns out they were doing the whole parking lot and towed our cars. They did it without calling or knocking on our door the night or day before to inform us. The crazy thing is that they expected us to pay for the towing expense when it is explicitly there fault for not informing us that the whole parking lot was being redone.

There apartment is like a welcome mat it is only there to hide the bugs and scum underneath it.

Terrible Place to Live!!

If it's worth paying cheap rent for a crappy experience, this place may suit you! I would never live in another Triton Investment owned property, even if someone paid me to. We dealt with so many issues that were handled poorly and without tact - all while paying full rent, on-time EVERY month. The standard of living at this property has also decreased considerably since we first moved in in 2015.

-Management changed 3 times in the 3 years we were there.
-We couldn't figure out what was going...
on when we first moved in and discovered bed bugs that were left untreated and when they did treat, it took them over 4 months. None of the adjoining units were notified or inspected. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NEW CARPET AND FLOORING, we had old disgusting carpet that I'm sure was home to the bed bugs when we moved in.
-On multiple occasions, we would show up to pay our rent at 5:15p when the office hours were until 6p and they would be closed, without having given any notice besides a taped message to the leasing office door. No email, door notice, etc.
-Dog poop and trash were constantly in all the common areas that the grounds cleaning crew would just leave.
-We had cockroaches for months due to neighbors, that were finally evicted.
-Maintenance would make issues worse when we called to get them repaired.
-We left the apartment clean and in proper order, however, they kept our entire deposit AND made us pay to refinish the enamel in a bathtub - something routinely done every 3-5 years in rental units.

If you can, avoid Thorneberry Apartments at all costs!!!
