DO NOT move in here. You will regret it.
Do NOT, and I repeat DO NOT move here. At this price point and marketed as a "luxury apartment", it is absolutely not worth it when there are so many options elsewhere. Just a few of the issues:
- The apartment was trashy when I moved in. Tape and dust everywhere.
- The kitchen island is completely lopsided. The apartment in general feels like it was rushed through and nowhere near the quality it should be as a new building.
- Several things have broken since I moved in, including the HVAC and... dryer. As a brand-new apartment with brand-new appliances that I have used once, that should not be the case.
- This week they told us that the balcony screws needed to be tightened and not to stand on it until done. If you value your life, I would not move here.
This is a cheap and rushed building, not high quality and not thoughtfully constructed. The window of the gym broke last week and hasn't been replaced and just demonstrates the point. You see it in the design of the apartment as well. The air in the bedroom is so incredibly loud. You can hear the train tracks (they'll say you can't... you can). The island was put in completely the wrong place compared to the model home and doesn't fit chairs - etc., etc., etc.
Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else in the area. You will regret signing a lease here.
