Special needs accomodations

Riverfront Apartments the place you can have your kids play outside and feel safe. The grounds are maintained, the seasonal pool is nice for the family. The year-round hot tub is amazing! My family and I have lived here for over 7 years. The staff and maintenance team are friendly and quick to solve any maintenance issues. The office managers are friendly and ready to help you find your next long-term home. I love the fact that if you have an animal in the apartment. Ours is a service animal .... We were treated with respect and dignity with our special needs child. They accommodated my son's needs and our family. The managers showed kindness and empathy to my son. We were told to reach out for whatever we needed for his needs.

Riverfront Apartments is a hidden gem, people should take notice. Take a look and call Riverfront Apartments home.

Great office staff

I been looking at a lot of apartments lately. Riverfront really stood out above the rest. I love the play area. The pool area is nice. The property is kept up. The floor plan was great, Love the large kitchen. the staff was very friendly, Terrell was great he took the time to show me around and he was very friendly and helpful. I am really looking forward to the prospect of living there. Thank you Terrell for your kindness and time.

Do not move here. Managers have changed building going downhill.

My husband and I have lived here for three years . We first moved in when they first built the apt, the managers were wonderful then. Everything was wonderful until they changed managers and the company they go through. Living here then became a joke. They don’t work with you, my husband and I tried to ask to move out 1 month early to get another apt we really wanted. They refused to let us and told us if we did we would have to pay mote than double our rent in fees. We paid our last month of... rent on time, called and asked if that was all we need to pay, they said yes. Now we are receiving a bill saying we didn’t pay June’s utilities. They are sending this for July 1st. We paid more than our normal rent for June and we paid utilities. They are trying to make us pay for July, we are moving out June 30th. The manager Devin is very helpful we liked him but their assistant manager sucks. His name is Terrel. My husbands aunt passed and he was late one day for a payment, called Terrel and he did not even tell him sorry for your loss. All he cared about was the money. We have felt with him several times and each time is a disappointment. He is rude, does his job very poorly, and make people feel unwanted. We literally will wait until Devin is in the office just to avoid dealing with Terrel. I’m would not recommend moving here. Toward the end I was so unhappy with the managers that is what pushed us to find a new apt.

Terrible

Absolutely horrible. If you want to live somewhere that you feel like you are actually living WITH your neighbors then this is the place for you. I can literally hear the people above me having conversations, walking (sounds like stomping), exercising, dogs playing, you name it you can hear it. It’s so poorly built that it wouldn’t matter who lived above you, you’ll experience extreme noise. There is NO sounds proofing at all. If you want to get out of your lease early because the noise is... unbearable you'll need $3,000 to do so.

Pass on this one

I was one of the first tenants to move into this place. You would think you get some loyalty for that in return but they really just try to milk you. This place is not that nice, and I promise for the price you can do better. You’ll hear your neighbors, when we moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom it had stained granite countertops (not really the touch you want in countertops), carpet wasn’t new and the floors had scratches on them. Saw all of the paper buildings go up, plus the place is... consistently messy. Although I’ll give them some credit that it has improved since they finally decided to hire someone to clean. Management was rude to me on several different occasions, really just one guy. As we discovered, this place is “fake” nice.

My advice: don’t move here, you can do better
