How Is This Rating Determined?

Do not recommend.

I have lived here for 1.5 years. If you’re interested in living somewhere with fees for services they either cannot provide or are completely underwhelming, this is the place for you. They’re comfortable charging full price for a garage that doesn’t work. They do not provide communication regarding updates and most correspondence will be full of incorrect information. Further, stating they’re a non-smoking facility is false advertisement. But hey, they’re really good at re-billing when they’ve... under calculated fees and sending out emails about how it’s not their problem if you get towed because they use a predatory towing company. Sign a lease at your own risk and when you have valid concerns, they will not be willing to address them.

Pet friendly community, I love that it's a smoke free community, I have severe uncontrolled asthma. The office staff and maintenance team are great to work with. I've really enjoyed living here!
