Worst Place I have ever Lived

AVOID this property. Over the last year or so, this has become the worst property I have ever lived and the worst management team I have ever dealt with.

Rude, condescending, dismissive Property Manager.
Charge on lease will be higher than when applied.
Dog Poop everywhere.
Marijuana, cigarette, and incense smoke entering unit and nothing done my Manager.
Unit will be dirty and unhygienic upon move in.
At least 10 short term rentals with rude guests who smoke, leave dog pop, have aggressive...
dogs that will attack, and treat the property poorly. Rental Hosts and Property manger will deny issues and are rude, condescending, and dismissive of concerns.
Parking and amenity fees have double but building just keeps getting worse.
Upon move out, exorbitant damage charges nearing one thousand dollars with no explanation or evidence plus they won't show up to their own scheduled move out appointment.
Noise from neighbors in every direction.
Stolen packages from supposedly secure lockers, using the managers personal code, and nothing will be done. Manager will take weeks to respond.
No resident events or resident appreciation.
I can't wait to move out and I will never stay in a Kettler managed property again.

Hate this place

We have a neighbor that plays his music every single day and management has done nothing to control this person. The old manager lied and said this person was moving in Feb. Lied
New management has done anything some girl answered phone and said call the non emergency number for police. I’ve done that multiple times.
What is management going to do!? We are so ready to leave this place. I am over this neighbor and poor management

Avoid this Property

It's not the apartment that's the issue, it's whose running it, when the switch to Kettler occurred so did communication, customer service and standards of care. No decent community events for a whole year, post COVID, just doesn't feel like a welcomed property. Botched community events did occur, like not ordered enough food, just foolishness. The price isn't worth the trouble, and not to mention the noise that comes from upstairs neighbors if you're on a 3rd or 2nd floor, the ciderary has... noise late nights. There are serious water issues, in the garage constantly, my apartment had water dripping from the ceiling which was unresolved and that could create mold issues. The gym is small, the only decent thing is having an amazon locker and the parking, other that never again. Avoid this place, go elsewhere.

Worst place to live but beautiful property

If you’re looking for a comfortable living experience this is the WORST place to live. the elevators never work, management staff is slow to react to issues that NEED to be fixed, the cameras don’t work, we never have Resident events or feel any type of appreciation for choosing this place to live and The Property Manager does a horrible job of maintaining this beautiful property. It has so much potential and if the management company is smart, they’ll make changes. The focus should be on us as... Residents not your budget numbers!!!!!
