Great and convenient location

I have been living at Presidential Greens since 2018 and I love it, what I can say is that cleanliness has a lot to do with how many persons live in the apartment. I love the office and maintenance staff.

This is a very old apartments riddled with various bug infestations.

I do not recommend it.

I understand the bad temper with which the person in the office treated me ... stress and all that, but do not care about the emergency you have in your apartment, that is already too much. I called over 100 times and they didn't care. Those apartments are not cheap, they should have a little more respect for alkynes. If you are looking for a new apartment, I do not recommend it even at half price.

I just gave up my apartment and unfortunately someone came in and stole a piggy bank in which I had coins and cash and a perfume from my husband !!!

THIS PLACE NEEDS A BETTER STAFF PLEASE READ

overall my experience at this apartment was okay insides are nice and cozy.if you dont mind bugs and if you pay your payments online and pay the extra 30 dollars you will never have to worry about them loosing your check. I had to end my lease early because of all the add on expenses they would charge. I didnt sign up to pay an extra 300 dollars a month. But i am on here because of the experience i had to go through to buyout my lease and leave. BECAUSE i gave my notice 2 weeks after the 1st of... the month i had to pay prorated amount for december which i was okay with because my mistake to give the notice in late. BUT tell me WHY this apartment place was trying to get rid of me NOVEMBER 30TH???? obviously i was not ready to leave yet, forcing me to go through the hassle of them acting like im lying about my move out date when all my documents are in the office!! and on top of that if you ask them to check your file, they tell you they cant?? then what are those employees there for????BUT REALLY REALLY ..WHY WOULD I WANT TO PAY AN EXTRA TWO WEEKS IF I COULD LEAVE AT THE END OF THE MONTH??? WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!
