For the safety and security of all residents, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The pool is not available for this season. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. Smoking indoors may result in a $300 fine. A $300 fine will be charged for parties on the property. To ensure a secure experience, all members staying must register by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Washcloths are not provided. Remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving.
Please kindly take care of the objects and equipment that we make available for your use. In case of damage, the damage waiver fee will be covered. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. Only items inside the property are covered.
The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover the following:
• Intentional damage (such as damage caused by parties)
• Damage caused by the violation of the rental policy (such as violating a no-smoking policy)
• Any damages exceeding $300 per stay.
• Damage caused by automobiles.
• Damage to personal items
• Theft or lost items
• Damage that isn’t reported during the stay.
In case of any damage, which is NOT covered by the Damage waiver fee will be charged:
• Lost FOB/Access Cards: $250 (This is what the building charges us to replace them.)
• Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. [SI]
