Maintenance There was a 24 hour response to my issue . The maintenance guy fixed the issues swiftly and was very friendly

The apartments aren’t bad, other than my floor randomly growing bumps in it and maintenance doing nothing about it…but honestly it’s a nightmare if you work from home. There is constant construction going on and it sounds like it’s right above your head even if it’s coming from a unit multiple floors below you. I understand needing to do upgrades but the worst part is that the leasing office doesn’t notify residents of when there will be construction. If they do, an email is sent out the morning... of, usually after the construction has already started. If I knew when there would be construction, I’d make plans to go into the office, but communication is terrible here. It’s impossible to have meetings or to get anything done from home with the constant banging and it doesn’t seem like it will end anytime soon. Read More

Location is great, reasonably close to everything a person or family might need. The lease rate is definitely reasonable.
