Lakeside Apartments

I love living here because I have experienced the most friendly staffs and understanding. This is really my home for the past 5 years. I appreciate their quick assistance in any issue I encounter and make me feel I’m family to them.

I feel like I’ve been treated like a queen coming here into my new apartment. Everything seems to be absolutely brand new in pristine condition. Plus I got a little welcome gift and snacks in the refrigerator. I’ve had Maintenance come out here twice for a small things and didn’t have to wait even a day they are on top of their game. I

I honestly love it here so much. The maintenance staff are so amazing, always positive happy and oh so helpful! They genuinely care about fixing the issue and not just brushing you off. They're also so fast I almost feel bad! Who can say no to the amazing amenities! Free coffee that is so yummy! The club houses are great. I just wish it was easier to see and know when the second one is reserved! My dog is so happy im so happy. My biggest criticism though, the layouts of the apartments are no the... smartest. They could be more open and the biggest apartment has absolutely NO CABINETS ! For the price you're really paying for the amazing community and living. But strictly on the apartment, they are very clean and modern, newly renovated... just poor layout! But so worth it. I couldn't be happier it's so beautiful and clean here and really feels safe ! This is by far the best apartment that we’ve lived since we came here in the U.S. Management has always been helpful and reliable. The apartment was clean and really beautiful. The surrounding was so relaxing and picturesque. All of their amenities were amazing. I couldn’t really ask for more coz this apartment is all you’ll be looking for. The monthly rent was reasonable especially with all the amenities and surroundings they have there. There is ample of parking so it will never be a problem... too. They also have activities or events every month which is really amazing. The dog park is huge and clean. So I really love living in that community as it was also peaceful. If only we don’t have to move out of state, I will always choose The Lakeside for our apartment. Read More

Upgraded apartment and brand new appliances. The apartment is a bit pricey for 1 person but it has many amenities and is well kept. The community garden is a plus
