The maintenance team has improved & I was satisfied with the maintenance service that was provided. Devante is very polite & professional. He asked for clarification as needed while reviewing my work order to ensure that he addressed all of the necessary issue(s). Bobby provided efficient work & he was nice as well as professional. Craig assessed the concerns that I had regarding my HVAC; he was able to determine what the issue was & fixed it. The quality of work that was provided by the... maintenance team was thorough & professional. I appreciated this experience especially; it was refreshing! Thank you to them each.

I have lived here almost 5 years now, and I love it here. It's quiet, and the other people that live here seem to be very nice and friendly. I also want to say that if I have any concerns, I will call and tell the office manager, and she listens to me, and she will try and fix the situation. I really like Samathia she is so sweet and caring. I really like it here.
