NOT WORTH IT
Unless you absolutely have to, I wouldn’t move here. First, I was shown an updated apartment and at the last minute they switched my apartment saying that it was no longer available and they could put me in one just like the one I looked at, what they failed to mention is the replacement one was not updated & it’s a HUGE difference from the renovated ones. The kitchen cabinets were peeling, all of the doors were rusted, the bathroom was super outdated and looked as if it suffered from years of... water erosion, terrible carpeting, and the apartment just looked dirty as a whole. No matter how much you clean they are still worn down! As well as I don’t know if they’re water bugs or roaches but they are EVERYWHERE, including in your home. Every month something is breaking & needs to be replaced. The floors are thin so you can easily hear your upstairs neighbors doing anything. Also, It’s near some type of trash business as well so it stinks outside a lot, on top of the geese leaving their residue everywhere. The electronic keypads that serve as locks to get inside your home can jam at any moment and if maintenance isn’t on site then you are just out of luck. Also, they charge for parking as if rent isn’t enough. Unless this is your last resort, I encourage you to exhaust all of your options before making this your home.
