Overpriced

Overpriced tiny hot box apartments. My AC has stopped working for the 2nd time in my first 3 months here. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere that’s actually nice.

Love my apartment

I moved in about 3 months ago, the location is great because I can walk to everything, I enjoy the fitness center and the Savannah and Dolly in the office were great and made the move in process so easy!

Great Location, Amazing Community, Horrible Management!

My review is like most. The apartments are nice but the rude management (especially Dolly) make living here unappealing. You can email and call about questions and will never get a response and they are never in th office. We were repeatedly told to show up for showings of our apartment only to be told it wasn’t ready and to come back again (wasn’t ready that time either). The only complaints about the grounds we’ve had is the halls (mail areas) could use more frequent cleaning as they often... smell of wet dog and the grill area needed a new grill. The pool area also has no exit without a key which, to me, is a safety hazard
Should the area need to be evacuated quickly.

Management is the WORST

Management has poor communication to tenants regarding building maintenance, Dolly is rude whenever you have an issue, matter of fact, no one in the office is helpful. These apartments are over priced and not worth the investment.

Terrible Management

My family and I can’t wait to move out when our contract ends. This place has the potential to be nice but the main office manager is running it into the ground. Not one but two doors to our building are unlocked. Anyone can walk in there. I’ve talked to several neighbors who have complained yet nothing has been done. My wife and I have unsubscribed from the community emails. They are always threatening and negative. If you have a question about your monthly bill do not ask the office manager.... She will rudely tell you to wait until the 1st. Overall our entire experience has been terrible.
