Great apartments

The staff is very friendly and the maintenance team is very responsive. The apartments overall are very nice although, they can be slightly noisy. Depending on where you are in the complex parking can be tricky at times. Overall I’m very happy with my stay and will continue to reside here!

First Aparment

I have to say my whole experience living here has been wonderful. This was my first apartment and I couldn't have picked a better community. The ONLY reason I am leaving is because I need to move closer to work. Again, such a great place to live!

The play ground is nice for children to play the pool is always clean Tennis court is nice.never a problem parking. They have a great pavilion lighted at night \2 grills to use. They clean up grounds daily.in winter sidewalks\parking. are salted and cleared off . staff is great .The girls in office are very nice and willing to work with you on almost anything.it is close to shopping centers,New car wash ,... 95 route 3 and route 1 are close and Fred bus stop is there. with it being near main roads it is pretty quite. Anything needs fixed they usually come the same day. best advice I can say is come by and check it out alot of bad reviews are based personal issue's ??

Don’t waste your time!

I’am currently a resident, and moving very soon. I have lived in many apartments in the area. By far this is the worst apartment complex I have lived in. The walls are paper thin. You can hear your neighbor peeing in the bathroom and people have sex! Parking is horrible! I haven’t seen the tow truck back here towing cars that are in resident parking in ages! Also you have people that hang out at the pavilion area at night, and if you live by there, you can hear their voices carry, not to mention... living by the playground and hearing kids constantly scream! The ladies in the office have their favorite tenants. I’ve bit my tongue many of a time, about how my neighbors were being loud, and had proof on video. Nothing ever was really done about it. Our a/c never put out cool air, and after complaining about it, they asked “what do you want us to do”? Call a a/c person from the outside to look at it. Sure enough I was right, the system needed to be replaced. I also took my electric bill to them and told them we needed to be reimbursed from the unit constantly running and not working. It came out to be $350 in a refund, and they only gave up $300. Oh also the Sauna they have over here constantly breaks down, and they say it’s “Not in there budget” haha! Please be aware, don’t waste your time, do some research on this place first, all over didn’t sites there are bad reviews on this place!!!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

BE CAREFUL. After filling out what kind of dog I have 4 times in the process of paperwork to move in, when it came time to move in they told me to bring a picture of my dog. When I brought it in they said she was a pitbull mix and was a restricted breed. I told them that no, she was not a pit mix, and gave them records from 4 different vets that all had her down as a lab/ terrier mix, which I had stated to them in the 4 times before when I was filling out information. They then proceeded to tell... me that when they google a picture of a pit/lab mix, it looks like the picture of my dog. I told them that I understand but I have records from 4 professionals saying otherwise. They then told me that a terrier means a pitbull... as if a Yorkshire Terrier is the same as a pit. Even after showing my records and explaining everything, they told me that it is up to them to decide over professionals and told me on MOVE IN DAY that I had to give up my dog or not move in to the apartment. Never had a problem before with my dog living with me in pet restricted complexes. This was all after I had filed paperwork, collected money and had utilities to begin in the apartment I was supposed to be moving in to. If the whole thing is that a terrier means a pitbull, how come that was not mentioned when I had stated it before? And who are they to argue with 4 vets on what kind of breed she is. All of this happened on the day of move in after I had taken time off of work to move in and figure this out. EXTREMELY unprofessional to wait the day of to bring it up. If I would have known from the beginning that the way a pet looks is more important than legal records of what she is, then I never would have signed the lease to move in. Be careful when trying to move in, as they seem to change things on you last minute, not caring what professional records say, and not caring at all if it leaves you in a bad state.
