The staff is nice, but useless
The residents and staff are nice and keep to themselves, but the staff is totally useless. The apartment I moved into wasn't finished being renovated, and a sink had to be installed after I moved in, and was installed improperly and crooked, I contacted them 4 times before they installed the anti tip bar on my oven, but they installed a chain, instead of the better part that came with the oven. This is on top of the noisy appliances and broken stuff, like a door with a fist hole in it... and what looks like dried soda running down it... In addition, my shower heads were less than hand tight and not installed with plumbers tape. I could go on about the contractor's incompetence.
I called for the smell of cigarette smoke, and they said they'd have to call me back the next day, and I called them back a WEEK later, only for the lady to tell me they can't do anything, but have me move to another unit, which might also wreak of smoke, as the smokers are not separated from nonsmokers.
The walls are so thin I might as well be in the room with my neighbors, and construction is cheap and the renovations are incomplete. I agreed to rent a unit with a fireplace, and to my surprise, my unit had no fireplace when I moved in(they haven't installed one either, if you were wondering.)Also, they told me they'd come back within my first week of being there and only fixed about half the things they were supposed to, and I've been here for several months. There are better places in town for the same price, don't waste your time here.
