Old Units
I’ve lived here less than one year and have submitted over six maintenance requests (mice, clogs, electrical fire and A/C). When we moved in the apartment wasn’t ready which should have been a sign this wasn’t going to be what we expected. During the walkthrough you will have great water pressure until you sign your lease. The electrical fire was caused by dust buildup inside the exhaust vent. We were placed in a hotel for a couple of months with no call from the rental office apologizing for... what we experienced but charged us late fees for paying rent late. We went an entire summer with an indoor temperature of 80 degrees and sometimes higher up to 96 degrees. At no time did they offer a window unit. I really thought this was going to be a great experience living here but I was wrong and cannot wait to move out.
