What an AMAZING company.
There are, in my opinion, 3 factors to great customer service:
1. Attentiveness.
Landmark at Tuckahoe’s response, to any problem you have, at any time of the day, is what is most important to me. Wait time? Not even in their definition. Schedule a meeting? Almost not even necessary. They make themselves available at the drop of a dime, every single time.
2. Comfort.
Comfort is first in line when it comes to enjoying your new apartment. The people at Landmark work assiduously to adhere to... your style of comfort. They don’t recommend apartments to their customers, They ask the customers what they want, what they need, and what makes them feel most at home, and they do exactly that.
3. Communication.
Because most of us have smart phones, Landmark at tuckahoe wanted to make it easier for us to pay our rent, set up any future maintenance, or message them with any questions regarding your new home. The ActiveBuilding website and application (for iOS and Android users) is the best way to stay involved and informed. Not only will Fiona and Tabytha update all of the residents on current events, future events and other reminders, we are always met with a joyful greeting and a “Happy Holidays” on every special day.
My apartment with Landmark at Tuckahoe has been my home for over ten years, and will continue to be for years to come. Thank you to all the Staff and Management for making 2020 an easy year, despite all of the other “funky” stuff. You guys truly rock! 10/10!!
