Will nickel and dime you to DEATH!!!
BEWARE! I moved into The Courts at Dulles almost 3 years ago. When I initially moved in it was a gated community. The management company arbitrarily removed the gates yet the residents are continuing to pay the same rent as if it is still a gated community. They charge residents $25 per vehicle per month to park in their lot as a resident. That is insane! And no, I am speaking of reserved spaces. That's an additional charge. Just to be able to park in the lot although you live here will cost $25... per month per vehicle. On top of that they charge $8 per night for guest parking. No, they do not provide any guest parking passes. You must go to the kiosk located at the main entrance of the community to purchase a visitor pass. That is more than the cost of long term parking at many airports. Then your guest must park in the designated guest parking area, which depending on where your building is located might be on the other side of the community. I've already submitted my 90 days notice to vacate. Good riddance! The only bright spots are Alex in the leasing office and the maintenance staff.
