Mostly good but word of caution…
I enjoyed living there for one year, but this is a word of caution. When I moved in, I notated to the leasing agent that there was a ding in my front door, and she assured me that I would not get charged for that. By the time I moved out, she was no longer with Metropolitan and ,subsequently, I was charged $250 for a small ding that the previous tenant had left. Also, although I left the apartment in better shape than I found it (it stunk when I moved in and took weeks of vacuuming, and... cleaning to get the smell out…) I was charged $255 for carpet cleaning . The carpets were in better shape when I moved out than when I moved in. Also, I let maintenance know, a month into living there (when they were in the unit changing filters…) that the vent to my bedroom was clearly not working (it was open but no air blew through so there was a 10° swing between the bedroom and the living area….). I asked this be looked at and repaired. They said someone would get back to me. They never did. I never heard back from anyone.
Mostly, I liked living there, the staff was friendly and the amenities were great but the items I’ve noted herein left a terrible taste in my mouth for the whole experience. Be cautious
