Horrible

The worst place that you could ever move to. The apartments are small and not worth the money. Cars getting broken into and stolen. Guns shots and people getting killed. The police are constantly called to these apartments. Not to mention the constant water leaks, the backup of sewage that will flood your entire downstairs. It’s infected with roaches and mice.

No body answers the phones and no body will fix anything

We are current residents. When we moved in they gave us the usual damage report page apartments give out and we filled out pretty much the entire thing and we are still finding problems. The first day we were here we discovered that the dishwasher doesn't work so I went to the office that day and for the next month 3 maintenance workers came out, one of which said he'll be right back after running it and never came back, the other ones said it has to be replaced. That was all THREE MONTHS AGO.... About three weeks ago I called the office because our sink started leaking and somehow that little leak was coming through our ceiling(which has previous water damage) and the office person said that they got our new dishwasher in and they'll call us to set up a time to come install it. Well we never received a call back. A few days ago we discovered that the heat doesn't work so we take a look and the exhaust for the heat is completely disconnected so if the heat did work it would have literally blown up. We went to the office to complain (because you can't get a hold of them on the phone) and they said some hvac company will come out to fix it. Later that day they showed up, JUST looked at it, and said they were going to take the list of what needs to be fixed to the office. Well that was a week ago and now we found out that our ac doesn't work anymore after the guy came to look at it. Went in today to complain about it not working again and also brought up our dishwasher again, to which the office person said they would have to order one after they told us almost a month ago that they had! Very fed up and ready to break this lease!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!

Where do I even begin...... when moving in they showed us one apartment but when time to move in they changed the apartment number. The carpet wasn’t cleaned, the paint job was poor, the toilet acted like it wouldn’t flush, etc. moving along down the line the bathroom leaks downstairs and my sealing is brown and they cut a hole in the ceiling and left it there. No pipes fixes. Mind you the new pipes are sitting in the kitchen but yet no repair. They are just for decorations I guess. My stove... continuously smells like gas. Took the 4 calls and 2 weeks to come out and the maintenance man lives a couple doors down. Figure the odds. He just rides on cart all day and fix nothing. Once they fixed stove the pilot lights won’t stay lit. My bathroom sink couldn’t be used for about 3 weeks because of how bad it leaked!! Oh wait let’s discuss food I have to throw away because the fridge works when it wants!!!! I been told forever I was getting a new stove and fridge. Yea ok. The closet doors in rooms so old they just stay open or you have to lift them up to attempt to close them. In the beginning I told them the walls in the front room looks like they have damp spots. Well I was advised oh no it’s fine!! Mind you this is where the pipes are for bathroom that’s leaking. I know I was a fool. Giving these people the benefit of the doubt. Don’t waste your time with the rent office. They are unprofessional and the blind leading the blind. PLEASE WALK AWAY!!!

Unprofessional

I put in applications for this complex. I was more than excited to move here and was very persistent. My problems occurred after I put in my application paid $50 for nothing. After I put the application in I was told I would get a call back to be notified if I was approved. I did not receive a call so I called and left voicemails to be contacted back and it's been 4 days since I've applied and I have yet to hear from them. I've been staying in a hotel because I was waiting on their response. I... have now decided to move somewhere else where the leasing office shows that they are happy to have me come stay in their complex. So just save your time and money and save yourself from a year if trials and tribulations with this company.

I triedd to like it

I gave it a year and minus a few bumps and bruises it wasn't that bad. Even signed a new lease which I now regret because I was lead along as to what I would be paying per month. If I could break the lease and leave today I would. Management could care less. I've been on the Do Not Enter list for my backyard since I moved in and yet it seems every time the lawn people are out they are chopping down my garden. They have now destroyed 4 gardens my son and I have planted. Told every time it won't... happen again, and yet it happens. It finally stopped when I told them I was taking the day off the next time they were out and was going to sit on my back porch with a shotgun to ensure they didn't come in this time.
I was told one figure for a lease renewal but got something totally different.
Our buildings laundry room is constantly down, and no one comes to fix it.
Trash is littered around the dumpsters.
Glass is all over the driveways into the building units.
Maintenance is done on a well it works now basis. Doesn't have to fit or be the right thing, as long as it works.
There are far better places to rent from. Go now and see.
