i've lived at the cooperage for 4 years, and it's an awesome place to live. the amenities are great, staff is generally pretty attentive. terry is the best and cares so much about all of the residents!

Great location for people who want to have an in-the-city feel without being too deep in the city. All-inclusive rent definitely helps as well!

The management is nice but they constantly drop the ball on things. Just be careful, or don't use any of their properties. I would recommend the latter.
