How Is This Rating Determined?

The Reserve is a great choice!

I have lived at The Reserve for about 1 and a half years and I would choose it again. Newly divorced, my apartment has become my “safe haven.” The apartments are large and bright with multiple windows. There are 2 courtyards and my apartment has a balcony overlooking the courtyard. It is quiet and peaceful and I enjoy sitting on the balcony.

In addition, the Reserve is in a prime location with quick access to the beltway, 66, route 7 and route 123. My commute to Arlington is about 15-20...
minutes. The special thing about The Reserve is that you don’t know you are in the middle of the city. The complex is surrounded by trees and grass and is garden style.

The front office personnel know me by name and work hard to ensure a comfortable environment. The maintenance guys are very friendly and when I’ve had an issue, response time has been within about 24 hours. If there is a problem within the building the staff is quick to respond and work toward resolution. There are also social events in which the staff bring in vendors to serve food on a regular basis. My favorite thing here is the kindness and family like atmosphere created by the staff. I feel at home and that makes all the difference to me.

Again the elevator... (Verified Renter)

Again the elevator being broken constantly is very annoying and would be a problem for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs, but the community is kept very clean at all times which I really appreciate and the staff is wonderful!
