Banyan Grove is a very nice place to live. It is close to many restaurants and stores. The office personnel is always helpful and all services calls have been done successfully and done well.

My experience has definitely begun to improve. I have been here for a little less than 1 year and I have seen the maintenance improve and when I have an issue, it has been handled in a timely manner.

Very quiet. Love easy access to surrounding stores and activities. Very nice gym area. Cant wait to use the pool. The balconies are HUGE!!!!

I'm from the Westcoast and I wanted to look somewhere pretty, quiet, yet lively enough to not feel alone, I got exactly that it was quick ans easy, detailed no hassle just facts and always avaliable staff who made my transition absolutely the biggest relief, after dealing with nightmares searching for a new place to call home. Moniecia was an absolute pleasure a good listener and prompt with information and made sure my needs were met she made the experience so smooth she felt more like I hired... her personally.
