Ups & Downs

Positives:
The maintenance team, specifically Leon & Sean, were the absolute best! I've never had a request take longer than maybe 24 hours & if one of them came to fix something and noticed something else, they'd take care of that as well. The small touches, like always leaving a note to let you know they were there, were greatly appreciated. I wish I could take them with me when I moved!
The location can't be beat. That's really what you are paying for because the apartments are tiny.
The...
grounds are well maintained. MOST neighbors are decent (I lived towards the front on Maize Dr).
Ms. Bev in the office is wonderful and the only person I wanted to deal with.
Surprisingly, they don't try to screw you over upon move-out.
Amenities are actually decent (dog park updated & gym updated).
I liked having the washer & dryer in the unit.
CONS:
Waterbugs! Doesn't matter how clean you live! I've had them spray and everything. They'd still come in. I couldn't handle it anymore.
Very small living space, the bathroom is a closet and the sink is in the bedroom. You'll have to master creating vertical storage!
Brad in the leasing office is a jerk and talks down on people for no reason. After a few interactions with him, I didn't want to deal with him AT ALL. If I walked in and he was the only one there, I'd leave and come back when someone else could help.
The flat rate on the water is high. Its about $70 monthly for one person. Now that I've moved, I see that I don't use nearly $70 a month in water, that's with a washer & dryer.

Very disappointed

Current resident. I’m very unhappy with the waterbill which is 100-200 dollars I have lived in many apartments and I have never heard of “flat rate water bills” roaches all in the apartment. I made attempts to fix this by having them come out and spray (which I was charged for on my rent!!!!) but still roaches continued. Very rude front desk!

Leon is a GREAT Maintenance Man

My air conditioner wasn't working and Leon fixed it right away it needed a new fuse it was all electrical and in no time he had my apartment back to Cold again. Leon ALWAYS gets the job done and he's ALWAYS on time I've been living here for 3 years and I only trust his work.

Don't rent here

This place is the worst rental I've ever had. Ceiling fan fell in on my kids and they know they do this and just leave it till it falls. The payment portal never works. Says two pools it's only one that works. They enter you apartment all the time and send shady people into do what they call "upgrades". They will try to charge you for things you didn't do after you leave. DON'T RENT HERE!!

5 year resident...

Let me begin with the GOOD:
-Location, location, location!! Close to everything. The neighborhood has plenty of shops, pubs, and grocery stores. The highway is just a few mins away.
-Very safe. NEVER had an issue.
-Pet-friendly.
-Frequent groundskeeping.
-Recently upgraded windows/ newly installed FIOS access ports.
_Plenty of parking

The NOT SO GOOD:
-3rd owner since our initial lease. With each change, comes yet another office/maintenance crew. NOT good. The newest...eh. I will say the new...
curb appeal is welcome, but its just lipstick on a pig...
(Hint-If you happen to run across "Mr. Post it note" in the office, don't waste your breath.)
-Sketchy/unprofessional maintenance crew.
-WATER BILLS! How in the world does a family of 3 have the EXACT same charge as a single person per month??!! Something is fishy...

OVERALL: Overpriced and small, but safe.
