Kings Grant Landing Apartments

Lived at this complex for 3 years. And this last year was the absolute worst. Im assuming property management was changed within the year. Maintenance requests take weeks to be resolved if ever. Cant tell you how many times I would check the portal to see my request closed out without anything being done. Getting in contact with someone in the leasing office is nearly impossible. The apartment was without A.C for nearly 2 months and upon move out at end of August was still without A.C.was told a... window unit would be put in and that never happened. Luckily our home closing went through faster than anticipated so we were able to move out sooner but still horrible to pay double rent for a place that was inhabitable. We just moved in less than a month ago and we love it! Our unit is has been recently renovated as they have been updating the complex and it is modern and beautiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and our neighbors have been so friendly. We live on the 2nd floor and our balcony is backed up to the woods giving us so much privacy. We did have an issue the first weekend we moved in with our breaker box and we did not have power in our unit but both the local and regional managers were away due to... family emergencies. After sending an email to the office and calling the maintenance number they came and fixed the problem on a Sunday morning. The regional manager reached out to us apologizing and handled the issue very appropriately and we are happy. It has been a great experience so far and we are very pleased with our decision to move to Kings Grant Landing! Read More

The Staff of the Va Beach location Of the Apartment Gallery are absolutely impossible.... They scheduled my lease termination on Sunday Nov 27th. I called on the 25th to schedule a walk through and finalize. They were on vacation for the holiday.... I'm pleased they were allowed the time off, but now they want to charge me $40 for the extra day..... This is how you can expect to be treated by these people.

My fiancé and I are current residents at Kings Grant Landing Apartments. We have lived here for the past 2 years and never really had any issues, until we moved into our current apartment. We lived in a 1 bedroom in Kings Grant and upgraded to a 2 bedroom. We have complained to the office staff, regional manager, and various employees at Kings Grant Landing about our messy upstairs neighbors who dump their cigarette ashtrays onto our porch, furniture and bicycles. We have taken pictures 3 or 4... times and met with the office about this problem 4 or 5 times and still NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Last week we saw the regional manager take a look at the cigarette ashes being thrown on our stuff and she promised to get back to us and NEVER DID. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO FIND AN APARTMENT ELSEWHERE! We literally have to go out to our porch and clean our neighbor’s ashes every day, they throw parties, spill beer all over our stuff, and are extremely rude and obnoxious. They should have been evicted by now. Technically King Grant Landing is in violation of our lease by continuing to all this to happen. Oh by the way, this company also manages the Legends at the Beach Apartment Complex, WHICH CAUGHT ON FIRE due to cigarette smoking.
