Linkhorn Bay is the best community I’ve ever lived in. It is more of a resort than an apartment complex. The managers and office staff are beyond excellent. If you are planning to live somewhere, PLEASE choose Linkhorn Bay. You won’t be sorry.

Our 7th year at Linkhorn Bay and we feel very lucky to live in a hidden oasis this close to the beach. Maintenance team is always superb and knowledgeable. The extra perk is plenty of walking space and 2 pools to use.

I like Linkhorn but they mess up my first unit, I had just moved into a 2bedroom unit to just find out that it was infested with bugs and roaches. 2 weeks later, I moved again to a different unit but choose a smaller one. It’s a lot nicer now but the inconvenience of having to throw away a lot of my stuff made it a bit time consuming and horrible. Overall, it could’ve been avoided to begin with but I’m ok for now with what I have.

I honestly overall like it here. The community events are so lovely. Maintenance is good. I enjoy the amenities, and it’s clean for the most part. I would say I wish they buckled down on the dogs droppings not being picked up and relax with the towing vendetta. People should not be afraid to go on deployment and their car certs expire and finding their cars are towed , it’s diabolical . But other than that it’s pretty great! First place after moving 3 times from being unsatisfied that I’ve... stayed cus it’s good !
