Clean and no roaches! Which coming from Florida was a huge plus! lol office friendly and maintenance also! Grounds are kept clean and dumpsters emptied regularly

Would be great to have at least one visitor parking per apartment. As a resident since we have to pay for parking. Overall everything else is fine.

Efficient application process! The apartments we received were perfect for me and my roommate. Paintjob is a little messy but nothing a little elbow grease can’t fix!

The Rent office crew is very nice and welcoming, always listen to any issues I have and get a prompt reply to any maintenance issues that come up.
