Ive been here less than a month. I moved from out of state. Despite the bugs, ones that im not used to everything has been going smoothly. A neighbor recommended some spray that seemed to have done the trick for the time being. The leasing office is great with communication although there is often one person there which slows things down a bit. Its a quiet neighborhood with lots of family and kid's. I look forward to seeing what the neighbor is like over the summer. The building is in fair... condition for it being an older construction. I was nervous moving in due to not being able to tour the apartment prior ,however it seemed much like what they described.

Good overall just wish apartments would be renovated if you lived in them over 3 years. When renewing nothing is upgraded in the apartment only thing that changes is the rent

Living here is not terrible, but I think it’s overpriced for what you get. The maintenance could be better. It’s very hit or miss. Recently my faucet was dripping and all that was done to “fix it” was turn off the hot water. It didn’t actually get resolved until I put in another maintenance ticket. The office staff is friendly.
