DO NOT RENT HERE!!
Where do I start?! Initially when I moved in, this place had different ownership, and they were great. That was until they were bought by the new owners. My wife and I lived here for 10 months and could never get help from the front office regarding noise complaints and maintenance. I ended up having to move out due to military orders, and they did not want to honor that. I had to literally bring them the physical lease agreement and show them that they were not complying with what I had signed.... Even then I still had to pay an extra months rent. After I moved out, I left the apartment in very good and clean condition. I did not get my security deposit back and was also charged for things that were NOT TRUE! Even if what I was charged for was true, I received not one call or email to notify me from the property. I was notified by a collections agency. These property owners are far from professional and I suggest you find somewhere better to live!
